TRANSCRIPTIONS
Accurate Analytics specializes in audio-to-text solutions. We transcribe any type of audio or video file and customize transcripts to meet your needs.
Our standard transcription format is 'Intelligent Verbatim' (i.e., concise, removal of false starts, background noise, and repeated words). We can also provide 'Strict Verbatim' (i.e., every word and verbiage is transcribed), or any customized format you prefer. We can also use any template requested - click HERE to see our standard template.
Our basic transcription rate is $2.00 (CDN) per audio minute for a 1-week turnaround time. Our rates increase per audio minute for: strict verbatim; three or more speakers; timestamps; unclear or muffled audio and accents; or for less than a one-week turnaround time.

HOW IT WORKS
GET AN INSTANT QUOTE
Use our instant quote calculator to estimate the cost of your transcriptions, then fill out the quote request form with your information.
UPLOAD YOUR AUDIO
Once you submit a request for a quote, we will respond to you at the email address provided. Simply reply to your quote and attach/upload your audio/video files.
WE TRANSCRIBE
Once we have received your files, our trained transcriptionists will begin transcribing and will send you a sample text and your invoice.
RECEIVE YOUR TEXT FILES
Once we have finished transcribing, you will receive a notification email indicating your files are ready, at which point your payment is due. Upon receipt of payment, we will send your completed files.
GET AN INSTANT QUOTE
The cost is calculated based on the number of audio minutes you need to be transcribed, plus additional requests. If you have multiple requests (e.g., strict verbatim + unclear/muffled audio + a short turnaround time), we can work with you to provide a more accurate quote.
